Lodge Description:


The South Gate Masonic Hall is a two story, 6,529 sq ft building located in the Seahurst shopping district on Southwest 152nd Street just west of Ambaum Boulevard SW, also known as “Old Burien”.

The primary floor includes a full kitchen (with commercial range, sink & dishwasher), large dining area, and separate men’s and women’s restroom facilities and convenient parking in back. Tables and chairs are provided and can be arranged or removed as needed.  Wi-Fi is available for those requiring access to internet.

Additional Details:

The second floor is reserved for special occasions and may be rented separately, pending availability.

The entire facility is is a non-smoking facility and perfect for Anniversaries, Birthdays, Wedding Receptions, Quinceañera, and more.  The property is managed by the South Gate Masonic Temple Association.


Daily Rental Option:

Downstairs: $700/day + $550 dep
Upstairs (ceremonies only): : $250/day + $550 dep
Both: $900 day + $650 dep

Hourly Rental Option:

(Mon – Thur Only, 2hr min, billed from initial set-up to final tear-down clean-up)
$80/hr + $550 dep
